One of the most heartbreaking things I've ever seen happen is when buyers falls in love with the house and it's just outside what they can afford. So we start with finding out exactly what you can afford so every house that is sent you actually fits what you can actually buy.

What you want matters. The difference between a successful transaction and failed one is knowing what is important to you and what is a must have in your next home and what we should avoid like the plague.

Go See houses
When houses come up, we try to see them as soon as possible to get the best chance at getting an offer in before the competition. This gives us the opportunity to negotiate the best price on your behalf. If someone is sitting on 3 offers, they have room. If you are the only offer, and they need to sell soon, that puts us in a great position for negotiation.
